Recognized as a Career Icon in the industry, he has personally guided and coached over 10,000 students, graduates, and working professionals, empowering them to make informed career choices and mid-career transitions with clarity and confidence.
With deep expertise in career counselling, Dr. Vijay has worked closely with some of India’s largest and most reputed universities, contributing to curriculum design, employability enhancement programs, and career development initiatives. His impactful workshops, UGC-sponsored programs, and university-level training sessions have reached countless learners across educational institutions nationwide.
As an Abroad Education Consultant, he has helped many aspiring students explore global education opportunities, ensuring they make the right decisions for international career growth. Babu Rangarajan is a distinguished Consultant Clinical Psychologist and the Founder & CEO of Babu Rangarajan’s School of Personal Excellence LLP. He is an RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist with license number A19151, affirming his standing within the clinical field. A recognized author, he penned the book “UNDERSTATING YOUNG MINDS”. His clinical and academic achievements are highlighted by the Best Performance Award he received from the Indian School Psychology Association (InSpA).
His career is marked by immense international experience and wide-reaching impact. Formerly a School Psychologist at GEMS Millennium School in Sharjah, UAE, Rangarajan went on to become an International Trainer and TEDx Speaker. In this capacity, he has conducted over 3000 workshops and successfully trained 2 Lakh people in countries including the USA, New Zealand, Kuwait, and across South Asia. This global exposure provides a rich, diverse foundation for his current coaching and consultation work.

A Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore, Dr. Saravanan brings deep scientific expertise and entrepreneurial vision to every initiative he leads. His company provides high-quality API intermediates, impurities, metabolites, building blocks, and focused chemical libraries, supporting global R&D and medicinal chemistry projects.
With a proven record of handling multiple technology and research-based projects, Dr. Saravanan bridges the worlds of science, innovation, and human development.

Dr. V. Vijayalakshmi is an accomplished academician and career coach with over 24 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed colleges and universities. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce (General) at Saveetha College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (SIMATS), Chennai, she brings a wealth of knowledge and mentorship experience to her role at NuSkillz Academy.
She has authored 5 subject books for BBA and B.Com programs, published 40+ research articles in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-listed journals, and presented 25 papers in national and international conferences. Her passion for education and student development has earned her multiple honors, including the Best Professor Award by Mayas Research and Deccan Environmental Research Organisation.
As a Ph.D. Guide and mentor, Dr. Vijayalakshmi has successfully guided 12 M.Phil. scholars and is currently supervising 7 Ph.D. candidates in Commerce.
